What does No Win No Fee mean?

No Win- No Fee means if you do not win your claim you will not pay anything.

Will I have to pay any fee if I win my claim?

Yes. If you win your claim your solicitor will receive part of the legal fees and disbursements (expenses) from the third party insurance company. Depending on the nature of your case, your solicitor may deduct up to 40% of your compensation. Your solicitor may have to take after the event (ATE) policy to protect you against the third party insurance company legal costs and your own solicitor’s disbursments in case of unsuccessful conclusion. Cost of after the event (ATE) policy is deducted from your compensation in case of the successful outcome of your case.

Will I have to pay any fee if I lose my case?

No. You will not have to pay solicitor fee provided you have been truthful and cooperative.

Will I have to pay any fee if I withdraw my claim?

Yes. You will be required to pay solicitor fee and disbursement if you decided to withdraw your claim before its conclusion.

How much compensation will I get?

Compensation amounts vary a great deal because injuries affect people in different ways. Some recover quickly, others don’t. Injuries are valued by making comparisons with awards in similar cases, and adjusting them as required. There is no fixed tariff because that could work unfairly.

Easy Claim Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We may receive payments for our professional services from our panel solicitor firms and other service providers. These costs are not passed on to the customer. Typically, customers pay up to 25% of the amount recovered on a successful claim. Customer fees may be higher for some types of cases. Termination fees may apply if you terminate the agreement other than during the cancellation period. You do not have to use a claim company for your claim.
